The build: new outreach and follow-up sequencing, and full CRM integration that ties revenue growth directly to outreach activity. Working boots-on-the-ground gives me a firsthand read on response rates, engagement tactics, and KPI metrics — the signal I use to continuously fine-tune the system as it runs.
